1. The service

Rapid BOQ is online software for preparing Detailed Estimates with Rate Analysis based on published Schedules of Rates, Schedules of Quantities / BoQ and contractor bills on the P.W. Accounts forms. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any Government department. Estimates produced with Rapid BOQ must be checked and sanctioned by the competent authority in the usual way; the user remains responsible for the correctness of the measurements, rates and assumptions used.

2. Your account

Each account is for one named person. Keep your password confidential and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend an account that is misused, shared, or used to attack the service.

3. Subscription and payment

• Access is provided for the subscription period you pay for, starting on the day the payment is verified. Renewing before expiry adds the new period after the current one — unused days are not lost.
• Payments are made by UPI or bank transfer to the account shown in your account page and are verified manually against the bank statement. Access starts only after verification.
• Reminders are sent from seven days before expiry. After expiry, a seven-day grace period allows you to sign in, view your estimates and bills and download them as PDF only. After the grace period the workspace is locked until you renew.
• For any payment question, contact support with your transaction ID.

4. Your data

Your estimates and bills belong to you. They are private to your account and are not deleted when a subscription ends; they become available again when you renew. Estimates and bills are downloadable as protected PDF documents.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the service, extract the software or its data by automated means, or remove the protections applied to downloaded documents.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for the service to be available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Schedules of Rates, corrigenda and features may be updated from time to time.
